  • Misrepresentation of identity or ownership

  • Forgery or falsification of documents

  • Insider trading or market manipulation

  • Misuse of escrow accounts or shareholder funds

  • Unauthorized access to accounts or systems

 

2. Prevention Measures

  • All transactions undergo strict KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

  • Funds placed in escrow are monitored and safeguarded in compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations.

  • Our compliance team conducts regular audits and independent reviews of financial activity.

 

3. Reporting Fraud

4. Consequences

Any individual or entity found engaging in fraudulent activity will face:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Legal action, including recovery of damages

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, promptly reporting suspicious activity, and providing accurate information in all transactions.
