5. Fees & Payments

  • Idlewild EquityTrack reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.


6. Confidentiality & Data Use

Your personal and financial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data processing for compliance, recordkeeping, and service delivery.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Idlewild EquityTrack provides services on a “best efforts” basis and does not guarantee investment outcomes or market performance.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.


8. Regulatory Compliance

As an SEC-compliant transfer agent platform, we may be required to disclose information to regulators or law enforcement. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to such disclosures.


9. Intellectual Property
