At Idlewild EquityTrack, we are committed to delivering professional transfer agent and escrow services with transparency and fairness.
1. General Policy
All payments made for our services are considered final unless otherwise stated in the specific service agreement. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:

A service was not delivered as agreed in the signed contract.

There was a duplicate or accidental payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services
